I'm Yaniko Dimas.

I have taught computer networking at SMK Telkom Malang since 2014. Before that I spent ten years keeping the school's network running, and earlier still I answered support tickets at a hosting company. That adds up to more than 17 years of technical and training work.

Since 2025 I have been an AI instructor at KUMPUL. There I train non-technical learners to write prompts and use AI in real work, and I built n8n automations connected to the Claude and Gemini APIs for participant onboarding and content delivery. I am also a certified trainer under AI Opportunity Fund: Asia Pacific 2025.

For years I have graded people's work with rubrics: student exams, and for Kemendikbud, the blueprints and questions of national competency tests. I grade language-model answers the same way: write the criteria first, then give the score.

Indonesian is my first language, and I work professionally in English. I am open to remote contract, freelance, and full-time work.
